With automatic weekly replenishment from our warehouse, you can be confident of finding a wider choice of Páramo products displayed in a dedicated area of the store.

Páramo support independent outdoor retailers. However, many don’t have space to stock our 80+ different products, most in 5 sizes and multiple colours. With our Páramo Retailer Portal, you can shop in your preferred store and receive the same technical advice and personalised customer service, but choose online from the entire Páramo range. So, if it’s in our warehouse, it’s only a few days away from you at most.

How does the Páramo Retailer Portal work?

• With retailer advice, you select which Páramo garment in the size and colour you’d like;
• With a simple online search, your retailer can find if that Páramo garment is in stock at Páramo’s warehouse;
• With a straightforward transaction you can be wearing your choice of garment in a few days - with no delivery charge to pay (UK mainland only);

You choose:

• Garment style, size and colour
• Where you want it delivered - home, shop or alternative address
• How to pay - by card online or by card or cash to the retailer.

The Páramo Recycling Scheme provides a safe route for disposing of your unwanted garments. We'll take back any Páramo product (except underwear), and find it a new home, or recycle it into new fabric. As a reward for returning your old gear, you’ll receive a generous discount on new Páramo products.

Recycling your Páramo garment is straightforward. You can hand in your laundered garment at one of our participating retailers including our Páramo brand shops or you can post it to us. You'll be able to use your discount that very same day to buy a new Páramo garment. More information including terms and conditions here.
